The I International Conference Seville City One, Southern Metropolis, was presented in November to project Seville and attract international operators

The 1^st Seville City One International Conference, Southern Metropolis, was presented at the Seville City Office, located on Paseo Alcalde Marqués del Contadero, with the presence of the Mayor of Seville, Antonio Muñoz, the territorial delegate for Development, Articulation of the Territory and Housing of the Regional Administration(Junta de Andalucía) in Seville, Susana Cayuelas, and the manager of GAESCO, Juan Aguilera, with the collaboration of the eight real estate developers, AEDAS Homes, Bekinsa, Caralca, CBRE, Grupo Insur, LandCo, Metrovacesa and Vía Célere.

Antonio Muñoz, mayor of Seville opened the ceremony where he publicized the initiative whose mission is to make Seville visible as a prime destination for private investment, both nationally and internationally.
