Since 2004 the population of the first Sevillian crown has grown by 90,000 inhabitants, the result of a territorially structured growth in which citizens have been able to choose the start of their life projects among the different populations of the metropolis. In the short term, the first crown has a bag of rapidly maturing soils for 20,000 homes and 14,500 homes with some type of protection. Currently, land for almost 6,000 homes is in the residential development phase.

The metropolitan area of ​​Seville is a regional centre in the economic, financial, decision-making and logistics node with an outstanding offer in researching processes and new technologies. Along with the more traditional residential offer, new transitional housing formulas such as coliving, coworking or BTR are generated, linked to the modernization of the metropolitan economy based on the generation of knowledge, research, innovation or specialized and university training.
