The CEO of the World Football Summit (WFS), Marian Otamendi, met today with the founding partners of Sevilla City One, Rafael Miranda and Pilar Mena, to present the contribution of this World Congress to Seville and its metropolis, which is being held in the Andalusian capital for the third consecutive year. The WFS, which will be held at the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones de Sevilla (FIBES) on the 18th and 19th of September, is a platform that brings together more than 90,000 football professionals and executives to create new business opportunities and shape the future of a sustainable football industry.
The CEO of the World Football Summit praised “the existing infrastructures in the metropolitan city of Seville, which will allow us to welcome more than 2,500 professionals from the football industry, almost 70 per cent of whom will come from the international arena, representing more than 120 countries”.
For his part, the founding partner of Sevilla City One, Rafael Miranda, expressed Sevilla City One’s support for ‘giving continuity to this project in the city of Seville, as the football industry is very relevant today for its sustainable economic and social contribution’.
