Sevilla City One takes part in issue No. 175 of Andalucía Inmobiliaria magazine, contributing its vision of the moment Seville is experiencing as an emerging real estate investment hub.
In this edition, members of the Board of Directors share a joint perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the Andalusian capital in a context of profound territorial, economic and social transformation. The articles are signed by Rafael Miranda Ferrer, President; Zacarías Zulategui Repres, Vice President; Paloma Angulo Pozuelo, General Manager; José Ignacio Fernández de Jódar, Spokesperson; Pilar Mena Fernández, Founding Partner and Director of Institutional Relations; and Antonio Gil Ramírez, Founding Partner.
Rafael Miranda points out that “Seville and its metropolitan area are going through a decisive turning point,” consolidating their position as a strategic metropolis in Europe, and highlights the role of Sevilla City One in structuring opportunities and generating confidence.
Meanwhile, Zacarías Zulategui stresses that “the key will be to consolidate a polycentric urban model with centralities in Palmas Altas, Entrenúcleos, La Rinconada or Alcalá de Guadaíra,” supported by strategic management of urban systems. He underlines that public-private collaboration will be essential and that Sevilla City One will provide a transversal vision combining business and citizen perspectives.
In terms of governance, Paloma Angulo emphasizes that supramunicipal coordination and public-private collaboration will be crucial to guarantee balanced, inclusive and sustainable growth over the next decade.
For his part, José Ignacio Fernández de Jódar notes that “Seville’s future will be shaped by its ability to attract population and international investment,” leveraging its climate, connectivity, innovation ecosystems such as Sevilla TechPark and Aerópolis, and its competitive cost of living. He adds that the real opportunity lies in moving towards a more resilient, green and innovative urban model.
From a communications perspective, Pilar Mena highlights that strategic communication is key to clearly conveying Seville’s potential. “A metropolis that knows how to explain itself and speak with a plural voice is a metropolis that moves forward strongly towards the future.”
Finally, Antonio Gil underlines the exceptional moment Seville is experiencing from an urban planning perspective, with Palmas Altas as a benchmark project combining housing, sustainability and planning adapted to contemporary lifestyles. He points out that the success of this model will depend on more agile, rigorous and coordinated urban planning processes.
Sevilla City One’s participation in this specialized publication reinforces its role as a coordination platform among the different stakeholders involved in the urban development of Seville and its metropolitan area. Through this contribution, Sevilla City One continues to promote a shared narrative that positions Seville as a sustainable, competitive and open metropolis, aligned with major European trends in investment and urban transformation.
