The General Assembly of Sevilla City One, Metrópolis del Sur, has appointed Paloma Angulo as the new manager of the association. This appointment reinforces the management structure, bringing high-level legal expertise and strategic experience in urban development. Ms Angulo is a partner at Andersen’s Seville office, specialising in Public and Regulatory Law. She has nearly 20 years’ experience as a lawyer in Urban Planning, Real Estate and Construction Law.

Throughout her career, she has been a managing partner at JM[A]A Abogados and the founder and managing partner of [A]CODE Abogados. Prior to her current role at Andersen, she joined Zurbarán Abogados as a partner in 2022. She has played a key role in the urban development of numerous sectors in Andalusia, acting as secretary and manager of several compensation boards, collaborating with urban development entities and drafting multiple reparcelling projects.

In academia, she lectures on the Expert Course in Urban Planning at the Cajasol Institute of Studies and on the Master’s Degree in Finance, Financial Management and Direction at the Business School of the Chamber of Commerce of Seville. She is also a member of the Administrative Law Section of the Training Commission of the Seville Bar Association.

Sevilla City One has valued his profile in particular, highlighting that he combines deep technical specialisation with a strategic vision of urban and land use planning in Seville and its metropolitan area.
