The association Sevilla City One, Metrópolis del Sur, together with Neinor Homes and Habitat Inmobiliaria, has signed an adhesion agreement aimed at establishing a strategic collaboration to drive the metropolitan area of Seville toward a sustainable, innovative growth model aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This agreement will bring together joint efforts to promote initiatives that transform the current housing development model toward more sustainable standards, as well as foster the construction of accessible and affordable housing throughout the metropolis. This commitment strengthens Seville’s position as a strategic hub for innovation, sustainability, and high-value urban development.

About Neinor and Habitat

Through its various lines of business — including the management of Habitat Inmobiliaria — Neinor Homes contributes to an essential social good: housing, generating sustained value for all its stakeholders, including employees, shareholders, investors, and partners.

For this reason, both companies prioritize access to housing, developing projects that meet high standards of design, quality, sustainability, and innovation. Their work in urban regeneration and their commitment to co-investment as a strategic driver of growth make them key partners for the objectives of the Sevilla City One initiative.

Sustainability is a core pillar in the DNA of both organizations, which from the very beginning have worked to transform the housing development model toward more responsible practices focused on the well-being of people, communities, and the environment. Their vision of sustainability is based on “working to develop a housing model that becomes increasingly sustainable, while also remaining profitable.”

Both companies seek to lead change in the sector by minimizing the environmental impact of their activity and contributing to the social and economic development of the territories in which they operate. To reinforce this commitment, in addition to publishing their annual Sustainability Report, both companies have their own Sustainability Plan, which provides a clear framework for action and continuous monitoring of their progress in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters.
