Alberto Prieto Ruiz has been CEO of Coral Homes since July 2023. Previously, he was director of the real estate business (head of real estate) since the company’s creation in 2018.
Prieto has a long and successful career in the Spanish real estate sector, with relevant positions in different companies, always in the world of real estate transactions.
He joined Knight Frank in 1996 to set up and develop the company’s residential and land business. He contributed to the significant growth and expansion of the company, first as a partner, later as an owner-partner and from 2011 to 2016 as Managing Director for Spain. During his time as CEO, he was also one of the four founders of the Association of Consultancy Firms (ACI). Between 2016 and 2018, he combined his position as Managing Director of BDO, a leading professional services firm, where he was responsible for setting up the Real Estate department, with that of independent director of Neinor Homes.
He holds a degree in Computer Science and is an expert in Business Communication and Economic Journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid.
Álvaro Arteaga

Managing Director of M7 Real Estate Spain
Álvaro is Managing Director at M7 Real Estate Spain. He is responsible for business development and delivering performance from the assets under management.
Prior to joining M7 in May 2020, he was Country Manager for a pan-European multi-family office for 4 years, with involvement in acquisitions and management of both residential and office assets with a combined purchase price of c.€450 m.
Before this, Álvaro worked for some of the most well-known real estate companies (Grupo Lar Grosvenor, Hill International, Aktua-Intrum) being involved in acquisitions value in €500m and managing assets for a value of €600m.
Álvaro has a degree both in Business Administration and Law (E-3) from Icade-Univ, Pontificia Comillas in Madrid.

After his studies, he began his professional career in the financial system (Banco Santander) with more than 20 years of experience in various responsibilities, and for the last 10 years he has been in charge of Banco Santander’s real estate business in Andalusia.

Gustavo Cardozo Lupi

Born in Caracas, Venezuela and graduated in Civil Engineering from the Metropolitan University of Caracas (Venezuela). During my first 10 years of professional career, I worked as Project Manager of large touristic developments in Venezuela, USA and the Turks and Caicos Islands (BWI). After moving to Spain in 1998, I worked as Director of Project Management of large Office, Industrial and Infrastructure developments for Gerens – Hill International. After joining Prologis in 2002, I started as Director of Project Management for Spain. In January 2007, I was appointed as Prologis´ Country Manager for the Iberian market and awarded the title of Senior Vice-President in 2012. During this time as Country Manager of Prologis, I was directly involved in the development of 750.000 sq m of new logistics buildings, the acquisition of 800.000 sq m of logistics buildings from third-parties, disposition of 350.000 sq m of assets and the purchase of more than 1.2 million sqm of land. At the time I left Prologis, I was leading a team that managed a portfolio of 1.200.000 sqm of real estate (€800 Million value), occupied by 92 customers and generating circa € 59 Million per annum of Gross Rental Income. I joined Panattoni in February 2020 as Partner and Managing Director for Spain & Portugal, with the main goal to create and manage a team that will take Panattoni to become one of the top leaders in development of logistics and industrial real estate in these 2 countries. We are currently executing 14 development projects of logistics facilities across Spain and Portugal, totaling 600.000 m2 of buildable area and have 500.000 m2 in the pipeline for future development.
I have a vast experience in the construction, development, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and leasing of Industrial real estate. Throughout these last years, I have been invited to participate as speaker in various seminars organized by ESADE Business School, Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya, Salon Internacional de la Logística, Barcelona Meeting Point, The District, Feria Inmobiliaria de Madrid, the French Chamber of Commerce in Spain, Property Investor Europe, GRI, PwC, among others, and also offered countless interviews and press articles published in the financial and real estate media in Spain and Europe.

José Manuel Llovet has more than 25 years of experience in the Spanish property sector. He has held key positions in leading companies in the shopping centre and retail park, logistics and office sectors.
He is a graduate of CUNEF, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, President of the Association of Commercial Property Owners (APRESCO) and Vice President of the Spanish Association of Shopping Centres and Retail Parks (AECC). He has been a member of the Board of Directors of RICS in Spain and is an active speaker at conferences, meetings and international trade fairs.
He joined Grupo Lar in January 2015 as exclusive manager of Lar España Real Estate SOCIMI. He is currently CEO of the company’s Tertiary (retail, offices and logistics) division.
He was previously Director of Retail Capital Markets Spain at JLL, after 12 years as Director of Investment Management at Unibail-Rodamco. He has also held senior positions in other companies such as SCCE and FCC.

José María Vera López is Deputy General Manager and Commercial Director of Caja Rural del Sur, SCC. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies, a Master’s Degree in Management from the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol and a programme in Senior Management of Leading Companies and Institutions. Luis Pérez Díaz

Managing Director of PCT Cartuja
Born in Minas de Riotinto (Huelva, 1975), Luis Pérez graduated in Law from the University of Huelva. He is an expert in the management and creation of technology-based companies (EOI) and an expert in innovation management (San Telmo International Institute).
After working in the private sector, he has spent most of his career at PCT Cartuja, where he was recruited in 2003 to create a specific department for new business projects. Until his new appointment, in which he replaces Martín Blanco García, Pérez Díaz was the company’s director of innovation and projects.
The new General Manager of PCT Cartuja has extensive experience in the management of R&D&I projects, as well as in public and private financing of innovative technology-based companies (EIBT). Since 2010, he has been the manager of the Marie Curie Techno-Incubator at PCT Cartuja, which has seen the manager of the Marie Curie Techno-incubator at PCT Cartuja, which has seen more than 120 business projects.
Pérez Díaz also has extensive experience in advising on the creation and development of science and technology parks, both nationally and internationally.

He was Regional Minister for Education and Sport. Previously, he was Deputy Minister of the Vice-Presidency-Ministry of Tourism, Regeneration, Justice and Local Administration, both of the Junta de Andalucía, and a member of the Committee of the Regions of the European Union, being spokesman for the Renew Europe Group in the NAT Commission of the same and President of NECSTouR. Before entering politics, he was Vice Rector of Postgraduate Studies and Director of the Loyola Leadership School at Loyola Andalucía University. He is an Academician of the Andalusian Academy of Regional Sciences.
He is Principal Investigator of the CLIMAMODEL SEJ-511 research group (Multisectoral Models for Climate Change), Distinguished Research Professor at HISPAREAL (Hispalis Regional Economics Applications Laboratory) and Associate Researcher at CISE-Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila (Mexico).
He was Visiting Research Scholar at the Regional Economics Applications Laboratory -REAL- of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (USA) in 2002 and at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain) in 1998. He has also worked as a technical advisor for the Ministry of Economy of the Regional Government of Andalusia (Spain) on CGE and SAM models (2002-2005 and 2007-2009), as an advisor to the Economic and Social Council of the City of Valencia.

She is President of the Business Council of the Barcelona Innova Foundation, a member of the General Council of MACBA, the Board of Trustees of EADA Business School and the Scientific Council of the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscape Architects and Conservators of Italy.
A speaker at global events and jury member for international urban innovation competitions, she was the first woman to be awarded the Honorary Prize of La Nit de les Telecomunicacions i la Informàtica de Catalunya.
Rafael Carmona

President of the Port Authority of Seville
Currently President of the Port Authority of Seville and President of Suncruise Andalucía, the association comprising the port authorities of Algeciras, Almeria, Cadiz, Huelva, Malaga, Motril (Granada) and Seville, and the Public Ports Agency of Andalusia.
Auditor of the Andalusian Audit Chamber and was a member of the Andalusian regional parliament. As such, he became spokesman in the Commission for Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Radio Televisión de Andalucía (RTVA). He is also a lecturer in Economics at the University of Seville.
The Port Authority of Seville and Endesa have recently signed a collaboration protocol for the design and planning of a set of measures to facilitate the energy transition of the port environment before 2030, and make it a national benchmark in sustainability and energy efficiency to transform the Port of Seville into a greener and decarbonised port, committed to renewable energies and greater energy efficiency. To this end, an energy efficient model will be implemented which integrates sustainable mobility, renewable energy, energy storage and the digitalisation of processes through «open data» and distributed platforms, allowing the Port of Seville to be at the forefront of this type of environment, both nationally and internationally.
Rocío Díaz Jiménez

She holds a degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Granada, where she has lived since 1993. With training in leadership and public management from the IESE Business School, she has been Director General of the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife and Vice-President of the Fundación Pública Andaluza Rodríguez-Acosta since March 2019.
Previously, she was spokeswoman for the Popular Group in the Granada City Council (2016-2019) and its councillor for six years in different areas such as presidency, tourism or citizen participation (2011-2016), as well as member of the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and Generalife (2012-2016), vice-president of the Albaicín Agency (2012-2016) and senator for Granada in the XI Legislature.
